Hi, Matej,
Here is your new SwitzerHealth email signature for you to use in external correspondence when using your switzerhealth.com email address.
↓ Select and copy your signature from inside this box ↓
If the wordmark does not display after pasting, that is normal. It will appear correctly in sent emails.
How to add the signature in Outlook
- Select everything inside the red dashed box above. Click inside it, then press Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A) and copy with Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C).
- In Outlook on the web, click Settings (gear icon) → Account → Signatures.
- Click New signature or select an existing one to edit. Clear any existing content in the editor.
- Paste your signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
- Name it "SwitzerHealth" and set it as the default for new messages and replies/forwards.
- Click Save.
Update your phone number
The signature currently shows a placeholder with Justen's phone number where your phone number goes. Please update it with your own sales number once you have it.
Set your default email font
In Outlook, go to Settings (gear icon) → Mail → Compose and reply, scroll to "Message format" and set the default font to Arial (our brand font is Helvetica, and Arial is the Microsoft equivalent), size 11. This keeps our outgoing emails looking consistent as a team.
If you have any questions, ask here or in the Signal chat.
